ToneOp Services - If you fail to initiate the plan and follow up with the expert, plans bought by You are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-saleable.
You can request for cancellation/future adjustments / pausing of plans with scheduled consultation calls and request for refund .However, acceptance of cancellation / future adjustments/pause requests shall be made through mail at [email protected] There shall be no refunds for on-demands which excludes the terms and conditions.
In the event of permitted / package cancellations, refunds shall be made within 10 days’ from the date of such cancellation to the original source of your payment.
ToneOp Services - You may request cancellation of your subscription to the Services, however the same must be done before the respective renewal date to avoid billing of the next period’s subscription fee to the Payment Details you have provided. Refunds cannot be claimed for any partial-term subscription period.
With regards to payments, the Platform shall not be responsible for any unauthorised transactions conducted on our Platform using Your payment card or internet banking. The Platform shall not be obligated to refund any money to You in such instances.
