      Badam Ka Halwa

    • Ingredients 

      • Almonds - 200g 
      • Ghee - 13 tbsp 
      • Sugar, as per taste 

      Preparation Method 

      1. Semi-boil almonds in water and peel them. 

      2. Blend them and make a coarse paste. 

      3. Heat the pan and add ghee to it. 

      5. Add almond paste to the pan and stir it for a few minutes. 

      6. Add sugar and stir on low flame until it turns golden brown. 

      9.  The delicious and nutritious halwa is ready to serve.
