      Boiled Channa Tofu Salad Recipe

    • Ingredients

      • Tofu - 60g 
      • Chickpea - 30g 
      • Cucumber - 50g 
      • Carrot- 25g
      • Cherry tomato - 50g
      • Mint - 10g
      • Basal leaves - 10g 
      • Shepu - 10g 
      • Pepper - 2.5g 

      Instructions

      1. Add oil, lemon juice, rock salt, black pepper and shepu in a bowl. Refrigerate for about an hour. 

      2. Grill the tofu over medium heat for 6-8 minutes. 

      3. Grill the carrot pieces in olive oil with a pinch of salt.

      4. Boil the chickpeas.

      5. Mix boiled chickpeas, grilled tofu, carrots, tomatoes and cucumber in a bowl. 

      6. Whisk the dressing ingredients with black pepper. 

      7. Adjust the seasoning as needed and serve.
