      Fruit Raita Recipe

    • Ingredients

      • Curd - 150 g 
      • Banana - 1 medium 
      • Pomegranate - ¼ Cup 
      • Apple - ½ Chopped 
      • Sugar - ½ tbsp 
      • Red chilli powder - ⅛ tsp 
      • Cumin powder, as per taste 
      • Rock salt, as per taste

      Preparation Method  

      1. Pour curd into the bowl and whisk it until getting into a smooth paste. 

      2. Add sugar and mix till it gets dissolved. 

      3. Add salt, red chilli powder and cumin powder. 

      4. Add all the chopped fruits and let them settle for 5-20 minutes in the refrigerator. 

      5. Chilled and delicious fruit raita is ready to be served.
