      Jeera Aloo Recipe

    • Ingredients  

      • Boiled potatoes - 200g 
      • Curry leaves - 5-6 leaves 
      • Green chillies - 1 chopped 
      • Ghee - 1 tbsp 
      • Cumin seeds - ½ tsp 
      • Pepper powder -1 tsp 
      • Dry mango powder - 1 tsp 
      • Coriander - 2tbsp 
      • Peanut powder - 2 tbsp 
      • Rock salt, to taste 

      Preparation Method 

      1. Chop the boiled potatoes and keep them aside. 

      2. In a pan, add ghee and let it heat for a few seconds. 

      3. Add hing, cumin seeds, and curry leaves and let the cumin seeds turn golden brown.

      4. Add boiled potatoes and mix them well for 2-3 minutes. 

      5. Add pepper powder, rock salt, chopped green chilli and peanut powder. 

      5. Mix well and cover for a few minutes. 

      6. Delicious Jeera Aloo is ready to serve.
