Ingredients
- Green gram sprouted - ½ Cup
- Bengal gram sprouted - ½ Cup
- Chickpeas sprouted- ¼ Cup
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Cucumber - 1 medium, cubed
- Capsicum - 1 medium, cubed
- Tomatoes - 2 small, chopped
- Lemon juice -1 tbsp
- Green chillies - 2 finely chopped
- Coriander leaves - ½ cup, finely chopped
- Salt, as required
- Chaat masala, as required
Instructions
1. Heat a cup of water in a pan.
2. Add green gram, Bengal gram, and chickpeas, and cook them for two minutes.
3. Drain excess water.
4. Refrigerate for about half an hour.
5. Add all the sprouts, onion, cucumber, capsicum and tomatoes to a large bowl.
6. Toss them lightly.
7. Add lemon juice, green chillies, salt and chaat masala.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves, and serve.
