Ingredients
- Corn - 1 ear
- Cherry tomatoes - 1
- Cucumber - ½ lengthwise sliced
- Avocado - ½ diced
- Sweet onion - ½ chopped
- Green onion - ½ thickly sliced
- Olive oil - ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Mix corn kernels, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, onion, cilantro and green onion in a large bowl.
2. Add olive oil.
3. Squeeze lime juice into the bowl and season with salt and pepper.
