      Sabudana Tikki Recipe

    • Ingredients

      • Sabudana - 1 Cup 
      • Potato - 2 (boiled and mashed) 
      • Peanuts - ½ Cup 
      • Ginger - ½ Cup (paste)
      • Green chilli - 1 (finely chopped)
      • Coriander - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
      • Lemon Juice - 1tsp 
      • Oil for frying 
      • Rock salt, as per taste 

       

      Preparation Method 

      1. Wash and soak the sabudana with enough water for 3 hours. 

      2. Take the soaked sabudana into a large bowl. 

      3. Add potatoes, peanuts, ginger paste, green chilli, coriander, and salt. 

      4. Mix and mash the mixture well with your hands. 

      5. Prepare medium-sized tikki and fry them in appe pan. 

      6. The hot and delicious sabudana Tikki is ready to serve!
