- Kala chana, sprouted - 1 Cup
- Soya beans, boiled - 1 Cup
- Moong dal, sprouted - 1 Cup
- Rajma - 1 Cup
- Paneer-diced - 1 Cup
- Coriander leaves chopped
- Chopped green chillies
- Finely chopped onions.
- Tomato deseeded and chopped fine - 1 Cup
- Salt - 1.5 tsp
- Chaat masala - 2 tsp
- Roasted cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Instructions
1. Mix all the ingredients. It is ready to serve.
2. You can also add a little curd.
3. You can vary the combinations according to your liking.
4. Add lemon juice to taste.
