For stuffing
Bread (white/brown) - 6 slices
1. In a large mixing bowl, take one cup of grated paneer.
2. Add in 2 tbsp capsicum, ½ tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp garam masala, ¼ tsp amchur, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp coriander leaves and salt to taste.
3. Mix well, making sure all the spices are mixed well.
4. Take a bread slice and trim the edges.
5. With the help of a rolling pin, roll the bread as thin as possible.
6. Spread ½ tsp of green chutney.
7. Take a spoon of prepared paneer stuffing, and roll it into a cylindrical shape.
8. Place the paneer stuffing over the bread and roll tight.
9. Heat a non-stick pan with butter and roast the bread roll.
10 Brush more butter over the paneer bread roll and roast all sides.
11 Keep turning, making sure to roast all the sides.
12. Finally, serve paneer bread roll with green chutney and tomato sauce.
