It is possible to lose weight with a medical condition. However, results differ from person to person and according to the medical condition. For example- hormonal imbalance or PCOD/PCOS will get slow weight loss result due to the hormonal fluctuations.
Creating a calorie deficit of 1000kcal daily for a week, you will lose around 3-4kg as recommended by WHO. Hence, losing 10kg in a month is not possible with a healthy approach and is also not sustainable.
You can start by intaking low-calorie and fibers rich food such as fruits, and vegetables every day and start avoiding saturated fat, sweets, and alcohol as they help in increasing weight.
