1. Anjeer And Cardamom Delight

Ingredients

  • Dry anjeer- 2-3 nos 
  • Jaggery- 1 tsp 
  • Cardamom powder- ⅓  tsp
  • Agar-agar- 1 tsp
  • Milk- 1 cup
  • Saffron- 2-3 strands 

Preparation Method

1. Soak the anjeer for 1 hour. 

2. Blend it in a mixture to a smooth paste. 

3. Mix the water and agar-agar together.  Cook this mixture on a medium flame until the agar-agar melts.

4. As the agar-agar melts, add milk, cardamom powder, saffron strands, and jaggery and let the jaggery dissolve properly.

5. Remove from the gas and let it cool.

6. Freeze the delight in a bowl for ½ hour to 1 hour and serve chilled.
