      Step 1: Start tapping all over your face.

      Step 2: Now, with the help of the heel of your hands, lift the lateral part of your face And hold it there for 10 counts.

      Step 3: Now, put your index finger at the lateral aspect of the eyebrows and your middle finger at the medial part.

      Step 4: Now inhale and lift both ends of your eyebrows. Hold for a while and then release and relax your face. Repeat it five times.

      Step 5: Perform palming and tap 2-3 times all over the face & relax.

      3. To Reduce Crow’s Feet Under Eyes.

      Step 1: Place your index finger below the centre of your eyes.

      Step 2: Gently start to massage by moving your fingers toward the temples. Stop once you reach each outer eye. 

      Step 3: After this, gently pull your skin to ease the wrinkles, and squint in an upward direction, hold for 5 seconds. This will strengthen your lower lids. 

      Repeat five times.

      4. Lion Pose or Simhasana

      This asana is a form of Pranayama in the Lion Pose/Simhasans. It is excellent for relaxing the facial and neck muscles.

      How To Do This Asana?

      Step 1: Start by relaxing your shoulders down your back and placing your hands on your thighs. 

      Step 2: Inhale a deep breath through your nose, expanding the breath into your ribcage. Then exhale out of your mouth, making a loud "haaa" sound and extending your tongue out and towards your chin to finish. Repeat five times.

      Step 2: Let us evoke the energy with the Omkara chant, inhale and exhale with Omkara chanting. Repeat three times with closed eyes.

      Step 3: Rub your palm, and keep it in your eyes for 10 seconds. Slowly remove your palms down towards your chest, now open your eyes with a beautiful smile. 

      Step 4: Om is a beautiful mantra. Combine these three words properly A, U, M.

      2. Kapouldhauti Kriya

      Step 1: Join your fingertips and press it. Now just put the pressure on and release. Repeat three times.

      Step 2: Inhale, hold for 10 seconds and release. Repeat 2 rounds. Feel the sense of relaxation after this kriya and the blood flow in your arteries.

      3. Fish Twist Pose

      The fish twist pose is an excellent asana to stretch and relax your cheeks. In addition, this asana helps to reduce the fat deposited in your cheeks.

      How To Do This Asana?

      Step 1: First, make a pouting pose, take your cheeks inside and hold.

      Step 2: Keep your eyes wide open. Try to stretch your face and release.

      5. Forehead Smoother Pose

      Step 1: Make a fist, keep it in the centre of your forehead, and hold it for 10 seconds. Your eyes remain open.

      Step 2: Index finger, middle finger swipe it downward, close your eyes and rotate, reverse and relax.

      Repeat it two more times. 

      Step 3: Rub your palm to generate heat, and place it on your face for 10 seconds.
