Ingredients
- Corn - 150 g
- Small onion, chopped - 1
- Garlic cloves - 2
- Green chillies - 2
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Baking soda - ½ tsp
- Polenta/cornmeal - 1 tsp
- Gram flour (besan) - 1 tbsp
- Maida - 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder (jeera) - 1 tsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 4-5 tbsp
- A pinch of smoked paprika
- Milk - 2 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Instructions
1. In a pan, saute chopped garlic, onions, corn kernels, and green chillies for two minutes.
2. Transfer it into a food processor with cornmeal, maida, besan, baking soda, baking powder, cumin powder, and paprika blitz.
3. Make a stiff dough.
4. Add some milk if it is dry.
5. Make small balls and deep fry until crispy brown.
