Evening

1 cup coffee + 1 bowl roasted makhana or multigrain biscuit or 1 bowl mixed nuts or egg fry 

Dinner

3 chapati + 1 bowl veg + 1 bowl chicken or fish curry + grilled chicken or paneer + 1 bowl salad
