1. Carrot Apple Celery Juice 

Carrot apple celery juice is excellent for people on a power detox diet. It is low in calories and rich in antioxidants. 


  • Carrot- 2 medium
  • Apple- 2, medium 
  • Celery- 25g 
  • Ginger- 1-2 inch 
  • Ice-cuber- 3-4 cubes
  • Sugar, as per taste  

Preparation Method 

1. Wash all the ingredients thoroughly. 

2. Peel and chop the carrot and apple. Next, chop the celery ribs in equal parts. 

3. Scrape off the skin of the ginger. In a blender, blend all ingredients. 

4. Add ice cubes to the juice and enjoy! 

2. Carrot Orange Juice 

Carrot orange juice is a treat for taste buds and is packed with nutrients, antioxidants and minerals. 


  • Carrot- 3, large 
  • Orange- 3, medium 
  • Ice- 1 cup 
  • Honey, as per taste 

1. Wash and peel the oranges and carrots. Next, chop the carrots into small pieces. 

2. Mix all the ingredients in a juicer. 

3. Pour into the glass, add ice cubes and enjoy! 

3. Carrot Apple Beet Juice 

Carrots and beets are earthy and sweet, and when the tartness from the apples joins, the mixture becomes beautiful and delicious. 


  • Carrots- 3, rinsed and peeled 
  • Beetroot- 1, medium, peeled and quartered
  • Apple- 1 medium, peeled and quartered
  • Ginger- 1-2 inches, skin removed 

Preparation Method 

1. Place all ingredients in a blender. 

2. Once smooth, place a fine mesh over the large bowl and pour the juice. 

3. Discard the pulp and pour the juice into the serving glass. 

4. Keep in the refrigerator or enjoy by adding a few ice cubes.
