      Breakfast-  fruit smoothie with flaxseeds 

      Mid snacks-  fruit bowl 

      Lunch-  mushroom curry with multigrain roti 

      Afternoon-  Coconut water + flax seed

      Evening snacks-  bhuna matar

      Dinner- lentil soup with grilled vegetables

      Early morning- warm mint and fennel water 

      Breakfast-  boiled whole eggs with milk
