      Ingredients

      • Spring water- 1 cup 
      • Kale- 1 cup, chopped 
      • Romaine lettuce- 1 cup, chopped
      • Blueberries- 1 cup 
      • Strawberries- 1 cup, halves 
      • Pineapple- 1 cup, chopped 
      • Stevia, as required 

      Preparation Method 

      1. Put water, kale and romaine lettuce into the blender.  Blend until they turn liquid. 

      2. Add berries, pineapples and apple to the blender. Blend until you get desired consistency. 

      3. Add a few drops of stevia and serve it fresh! 

      2. Lung Cleanse Smoothie 

      This lung cleanses smoothie is high in nutrients for your body. Among these nutrients, iron and magnesium are essential in lung health.

      Ingredients

      • Carrots- 2, medium 
      • Apple- 1, medium 
      • Kale- 4 cups, chopped 
      • Romaine lettuce- 4 cups, chopped 
      • Cucumber- 2, chopped 
      • Pomegranate juice- ½ cup 
      • Ginger- 2 inch 
      • Honey, to taste

      Preparation Method 

      1. Put all the ingredients, except the pomegranate, in the blender and blend, until smooth 

      2. Add the pomegranate juice. We recommend only using 100% pure fresh juice.

      3. Mix and taste. You can add a few drops of stevia or use raw local honey to add sweetness (optional). 

      3. Strawberry And Pineapple Smoothie

      • Strawberries- ½ Cup
      • Pineapple- ½ Cup 
      • Apple- 1, medium 
      • Stevia, as per taste 
      • Water, as required 

      Preparation Method

      3. Add apple and blend until smooth.
