Dietitian’s Recommendation

Ajwain has been considered the most used medicinal spice in India for ages. It has proven its potential in curing gastric issues, constipation, bloating and many more. However, a pinch of ajwain added to food items works magic to the flavour.

If I talk about my client experience, many people suffer from constipation which leads to not feeling fresh throughout the day and a slower metabolism. Therefore, I recommend using ajwain powder or seeds to eliminate constipation and gastric troubles.
