  • Chocolate syrup- 3 tbsp

Preparation Method

1. Add some milk into a blender and some condensed milk and fresh cream. Blend the mixture until it becomes smooth.

2. Further, add the custard apple pulp and blend everything again. Once you have mixed everything well, pour the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate it for 3-4 hours. 

3. For serving, take two scoops of ice cream into a bowl. You can also add chopped fruits, nuts and chocolate syrup to enrich the flavour. 

2. Gad Bad Ice Cream

Gad Bad ice cream is a unique and fascinating combination of custard apple ice cream, jellies, nuts and fruit syrup. The fruit syrup could be of your choice. 

Ingredients

  • Condensed milk - ½ cup
  • Milk (full fat) - 1 cup
  • Fresh cream - ½ cup 
  • Custard apple pulp - 1 cup 
  • Vanilla essence - 1/8 tsp

For dressing

  • Jellies
  • Nuts
  • Fruit syrup

Preparation Method

1. Make a smooth mixture of milk, condensed milk and fresh cream. Keep blending it until you have a smooth texture.

2. Now add custard apple pulp and vanilla essence to it. Finally, blend everything again to form a wonderful mixture.

3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream tray. Freeze this mixture for 2-3 hours.  

4. Take two scoops of custard apple ice cream in a glass for serving. Add fruit syrup and jellies to it and sprinkle with some nuts.
