  • Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
  • Salt for taste
  • Sugar/ honey- 2 tsp
  • Cumin powder- ½ tsp
  • Mint leaves 
  • Chilled water- ½ cup

Preparation Method

1. Take a bowl to add the sathukudi juice and lemon juice. 

2. Add sugar/ honey with salt and cumin powder and mix well.

3. Add chilled water as per your choice and mint leaves

4. Serve chilled.

2. Mari-Mari Juice

Mari- Mari juice is the perfect blend of sweet pineapple and tangy sweet lime with spices. This juice is a proper balance of the sweet taste of the fruits and salt, making this juice a perfect delight. 

Mari-Mari juice is also an essential form of hydration when one is going through the weight loss process. 

Ingredients

  • Pineapple juice ice cubes-  5-6 cubes 
  • Powdered sugar- ½ tbsp
  • Sathukudi juice- 1 cup
  • Jeera seeds- ⅛ tsp
  • Black salt,  as per taste

Preparation Method

1. Blend the sathukudi juice, pineapple cubes, and powdered sugar in a blender.

2. Add black salt and cumin seeds and blend them again, and serve chilled.

A tropical salad with a hint of bell peppers and mustard. This salad is quick and easy to make. It also combines many colours and sweet and tangy flavours of all the ingredients. 

Ingredients

  • Sathukudi- 1, diced 
  • Bell peppers- ⅓ cup, chopped into thin slices
  • Lettuce- 1 cup, chopped into rough pieces
  • Cucumber- ½ cup, chopped into cubes 

For dressing

  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice- 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder- ¼ tsp
  • Mustard seed powder- ⅛  tsp

1. Mix all the salad ingredients in a bowl and top it with the dressing and toss well and serve chilled.

Here are some remedies and tips and tricks followed by my clients to cure some ailments

  • If you have bleeding gums, you can simply mix it with black salt and little water and apply it to your gums. You will find relief from bleeding gums if used regularly.
  • For asthma patients, sathukudi juice with some dry ginger powder and cumin seeds helps to relieve the cough that occurs due to asthma.
  • For soreness due to tonsils, warm water with sweet lime juice and honey mixture helps ease the tonsils.
