How To Prepare 

  • Take a pan and add 1 teaspoon of cream, add ½ onion, 2 cloves of garlic and ½ cinnamon stick.

  • Heat the pan and saute all these ingredients together. 

  • Now, add 3 tomatoes, ½ beetroot, ½ carrot, salt and pepper according to your taste.

  • Again, saute all these together until the colour of the tomatoes gets changed. 

  • When the puree gets thick, add ½ glass of water and close the pan lid for 10 minutes.

  • After a while, remove the lid and let the mixture cool down.

  • After a few minutes, you can add water to check the consistency of a thick soup.

  • Now boil the soup and add ½ teaspoon pepper and salt again if you wish to. 

  • Mix the soup nicely and turn off the heat. 

  • Add 2 tsp of fresh cream and mix it well. Serve the spoon with a garnishing of mint leaves and cream on top.
