Dietitian’s Recommendation

Sattu is also high in iron, manganese, and magnesium and low in sodium. Sattu is beneficial to the intestines due to its high insoluble fibre content. Moreover, it provides instant energy while acting as a cooling agent to keep the internal organs at ease.
