  • Water- 1 cup

Preparation Method

Preparation Method

1. Add water, boil, and add tulsi in a deep pan.

2. Crush the ginger and giloy and reduce the water to half.

3. Add the crushed garlic and let it boil for 5 minutes. 

4. Let it cool and sieve until your kadha is ready to drink warm.

  • Basil leaves- 8-10 leaves
  • Giloy sticks- 3-4 sticks
  • Water- 2 glasses
  • Ginger 1 inch 

Preparation Method

1. Blend the mixture in a blender with half a cup of water and blend smoothly.

2. Add the remaining water and blend again smoothly.

3. Sieve it properly and drink.
