1. Pomelo Salad

A peanut and coconut dish perfect for the tropics.


  • Pomelo fruit, peeled: 1 medium 
  • Apple: 1 small, chopped 

For Salad Dressing

  • Dry mango powder- 1 tsp
  • Stevia - as per taste
  • Green chilli- 1 finely chopped
  • Lemon juice- ½ tsp
  • Black salt – for taste
  • Chat masala- 1 tsp (if required to enhance the taste)

Preparation Method

1. Add the apple chunks and pomelo segments you cut out of the skin into a salad dish.

2. To make the salad dressing, combine all ingredients and mix vigorously until everything mixes. 

3. Pour the dressing over the pomelo and apple and toss to coat.

2. Pomelo And Peanuts With Coconut Salad

It is a peanut and coconut dish perfect for the tropics.


  • Pomelo with shredded pulp - 1 medium
  • Coconut desiccated - 1 tbsp
  • Mint - 5-6 leaves
  • Peanuts roasted and salted - a handful
  • Salt for taste


  • Lemon juice- 1 tsp
  • Sugar- ½ tsp
  • Red chilli powder- ½ tsp

Preparation Method

1. Toast the grated coconut in a pan without oil.

2. Mix and gently toss to shred coconut, pomelo fruit, toasted peanuts, and a pinch of salt.

3. Toss the salad with the dressing made with stevia, lemon juice, and red chilli spice and serve immediately.

3. Orange And Pomelo Sparkling Juice

It is a juice with a satisfying combination of sweet and sour.


  • Orange juice - ½ cup
  • Pomelo chopped and shredded - 1 medium
  • Stevia - as per taste
  • Chopped orange slices - 2
  • Freshly grated turmeric - 1 tsp
  • Plain Soda - 1 glass
  • Mint leaves - 3-4 
  • Lemon juice - ½ tsp

Preparation Method

1. Combine orange juice, shredded pomelo, stevia, fresh turmeric, and mint leaves.

2. Let it sit for five minutes.

3. Now, pour a quarter of the basic soda and the rest of the orange and pomelo juice into a tall glass.

4. Sprinkle on little lemon juice and garnish with chopped orange slices before serving chilled.

Pomegranates have been shown to lower blood pressure in either their whole or juiced forms. If you want to increase the amount of vitamin C in it, you can use lemon.
