This is a delicious fried rice recipe with a twist of walnuts and zucchini crunch.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini chopped or sliced - 1 no.
  • Minced garlic- 6-7 cloves
  • Sesame - 1/2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil - 1/2 tbsp
  • Walnuts chopped - 1/3 cup
  • Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
  • Brown rice cooked - 1 cup
  • Onion stalks chopped - 3-4 nos

Preparation Method 

1. Sesame oil and vegetable oil in a wok. Allow to heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic. Cook for two to three minutes over medium heat.

2. Sauté the zucchini and walnuts for 1-2 minutes, being careful not to overcook any ingredient.
